If you're thinking about trying cannabis-infused hair products, there's no harm in giving them a go, especially if your goal is healthier-looking hair rather than a miracle cure for hair loss. Just make sure you choose products from trusted brands and don't expect instant results.

At the end of the day, there's no magic ingredient for hair growth. Healthy hair usually comes from a combination of good nutrition, proper hair care and patience.

Cannabis may have earned its place on beauty shelves, but it's probably best seen as a supporting ingredient rather than a miracle worker. It can help improve the health of your hair and scalp, but if you're hoping for Rapunzel-like growth overnight, you may need to lower your expectations.
